Ingredients

1 Package Swerve Chocolate Cake Mix


3 Eggs

1/3 C. Oil

1/3 C. Water

1 T. Peppermint Bark Skinny Syrup Zero Sugar

Lily’s Peppermint Baking Chips

Easy Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the baking chips and pour into 12 cupcake lined muffin tin.
  2. Place 5 baking chips onto each cupcake.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  4. Frost with No Sugar Baker’s Whipped Cream Frosting OR Keto + Co. Buttercream Frosting!
