6 Slices of Bacon

1 lb. Pork Tenderloin

1 t. Garlic Powder

1 C. Fresh Mushrooms

½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

Sauce Ingredients:

½ C. Sugar Free Maple Breakfast Syrup

½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

1 T. Horseradish Sauce

1 C. Mayo

Easy Directions:

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Cut pork into “chicken nugget sized” pieces.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  4. In your hand, assemble the bites by wrapping each bite in this order: bacon, pork, mushroom. Fold the bacon to seal the bite and place a toothpick in each bite.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Purecane across the top of the bites lined on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, let the bacon get crispy.
  7. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and serve with bites!
