Ingredients:
6 Slices of Bacon
1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1 t. Garlic Powder
1 C. Fresh Mushrooms
½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener
Sauce Ingredients:
½ C. Sugar Free Maple Breakfast Syrup
½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener
1 T. Horseradish Sauce
1 C. Mayo
Easy Directions:
- Cut bacon into small pieces and set aside.
- Cut pork into “chicken nugget sized” pieces.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In your hand, assemble the bites by wrapping each bite in this order: bacon, pork, mushroom. Fold the bacon to seal the bite and place a toothpick in each bite.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder and Purecane across the top of the bites lined on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, let the bacon get crispy.
- In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and serve with bites!
