Ingredients:
1 C. Butter, Softened
2/3 C Swerve Granular
2 Egg Yolks
1 t. Vanilla
¼ t. Salt
2 1/3 C. Flour
Easy Directions:
Shape dough into balls about 1 T. in size.
Make an indentation in each cookie using your thumb. Then, fill each indent with about ½ t. of unsweetened jam or use the left- over cranberries from Thanksgiving.
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Do not over bake.
So can Almond flour be substituted for reg flour? Will that make this low carb? I’m new to diabetes and learning!
Could you use almond or coconut flour for these instead of white flour?
