Cake Ingredients:

½ C. Butter



1 C. Swerve Granular

½ C. Swerve Brown

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

1 C. King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Flour

1 t. Baking Powder

1 T. Cinnamon

½ C. Sour Cream

Topping Ingredients:

¾ C. Swerve Brown

2 T. Cinnamon

½ C. Butter

½ C. King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Flour

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray an 8×8 baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, both Swerves, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Cream in sour cream.
  5. Pour ½ half of batter into pan.
  6. In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Spread ½ of topping mixture on top of cake batter. Add remaining cake batter. Finish by spreading remaining topping mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  8. Best served warm!
