Ingredients:

1/2 C. Butter


1/2 C. Swerve Brown

¼ C. Swerve Granular

1 Egg

1 T. All-Natural Peanut Butter

1 T. Vanilla

1 ¼ C. King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Flour

1 T. Instant Coffee Granules

1 t. Baking Soda

1 t. Salt

1 C. Sugar Free Chocolate Candies

½ C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

¼ C. Chopped Pecans

½ C. Oats

Easy Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, both Swerves, egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Add in flour, coffee granules, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Fold in candies, chocolate chips, pecans and oats. Mix well.
  4. Using a spoon, drop dough onto baking sheet. I flattened my dough pressing slightly.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
