Loaf Ingredients:

6 T. Butter

4 Oz. Cream Cheese

¾ C. Swerve Granular

½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream

4 Eggs

1 T. Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves

1 T. Vanilla

2 ¼ C. King Arthur’s Protein Flour

½ C. Cocoa Powder

1 T. Baking Powder

1 t. Salt

Frosting Ingredients:

8 Oz. Strawberry Cream Cheese

1 T. Butter

1 C. Swerve Confectioners

½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Easy Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and Swerve. Mix in the heavy whipping cream and eggs. Mix well. Add in the vanilla and strawberry preserves.
  2. After well mixed, add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  3. Pour into a well sprayed 9×5 loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
  5. Let cool and set.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, whip together all frosting ingredients until light and fluffy. Top your loaf!
