Cake Ingredients:
3 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
½ C. Swerve Granular
5 t. Baking Powder
½ t. Salt
1 C. Cold Butter, Cut Into Pieces
2 Eggs
2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
Strawberries Ingredients:
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
½ C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Lemon Juice
Whipped Cream Ingredients:
2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Swerve Confections
Easy Directions: Spray and line a 15×10 inch baking pan. In large bowl, mix together flour, Swerve, salt, and baking powder. With a fork, add in chopped butter making crumbs. Mix in eggs and whipping cream. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 400 for 16-18 minutes. Let cool.
While cooling, in small bowl, combine all strawberries ingredients, stir and store in refrigerator. When ready to serve, in mixing bowl, whip together all whipped cream ingredients. Put whipped cream onto cake, then add strawberry mixture. Pretty! Enjoy!
