Cupcake Ingredients:

¼ C. Butter
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
¾ C. Swerve Granular
4 Eggs
1 Tiny Small Banana
¼ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T. Vanilla
1 T. Banana Extract
2 ½ C. Flour
1 T. Baking Powder


Frosting Ingredients:

½ C. Melted All Natural Peanut Butter
½ C. Butter
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 C. Swerve Confection
½ Heavy Whipping Cream

Easy Directions:

Prepare a cupcake pan with paper liners. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine first eight ingredients of cake recipe above. After combined and well mixed, add in flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Fill cupcake pan ¾ full of each liner. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes. When cooled, prepare frosting. Whip or mix on high all frosting ingredients. Spread heavily on top of cupcakes! Sweet!
