¼ C. Swerve Granular
2 Packages of Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
½ C. Sour Cream
2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 C. Fresh Blueberries
1 Prepared Pie Crust
Spray a tart pan and pat a prepared pie crust into it. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine all the rest of the ingredients but the blueberries. When well mixed, fold in blueberries.
Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate overnight!
