1 Lb. Fresh Blueberries
1 Lb. Fresh Blackberries
4 T. Lemon Juice
¾ C. Swerve Granular
¼ C. Knox Gelatin

Topping Ingredients:

2 T. Butter
1 ½ C Flour or Almond Flour
¼ C. Swerve Confectioners or ¼ C. Swerve Granular
1/2 t. Baking Powder
½ t. Salt
1 T. Vanilla

Easy Directions:

In a bowl, toss together both berries, lemon juice, Swerve and gelatin. Spray an 8×8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour berry mixture into baking dish. In another small bowl, combine butter, flour, Swerve, baking powder, salt and vanilla. This will make the crumbly topping and pour onto top of berry mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
