1 ½ C. Almond or All-Purpose Flour
2/3 C. Swerve Granular
¾ t. Baking Powder
¾ t. Baking Soda
¼ t. Salt
1 Egg
1 C. Sour Cream
6 T. Butter, Melted
2 t. Vanilla
1 C. Dark Lily No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips

Easy Directions:

In mixing bowl, combine egg, sour cream, butter, vanilla and Swerve Granular. Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Toss in the chocolate chips. Spoon into cupcake paper lined cupcake pan—filling each liner ¾ full. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
