1 C. Butter
1 C. Sour Cream
1 Egg Yolk
2 ½ C. All-Purpose Flour or Almond Flour
Salt (A Pinch)
1 C. Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 C. Swerve Granular
3 t. Cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sour cream until blended. Add in egg yolk and mix well. Combine flour and salt and add to butter mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl, combine the pecans or walnuts, Swerve and cinnamon.
Divide dough into eighths. Roll out dough, on a well-floured surface, into a 10 inch circle. Cut each circle into 8 triangles. Spread the nut mixture on top of each triangle. Roll up the triangles and place point side down on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool and sprinkle with Swerve confections.
