Ingredients:
1 ½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter (Deli-Made, No Sugar Added)
6 T. Butter
2/3 C. Swerve Confections
¼ C. Almond Flour
1 T. Vanilla
Easy Directions:
Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Combine the peanut butter and butter in large bowl or sauce pan. Heat in microwave or over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in Swerve and almond flour. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spread into baking pan and freeze for two – three hours.
Does it have to be stored in freezer?
We kept ours in the fridge!

Have you tried making this starting with pb2, a dry, peanut powder you add water to, to make peanut butter? I usually add a little coconut oil and water. Just wondering how the recipe might turn out using the pb2, or pb2 chocolate flavor.
I might give it a try, using the chocolate pb2. Seems like that would be good.,
