4 oz Cream Cheese
¼ C. Butter
½ C. Swerve Granular
First Step: Mix in mixer.
Ingredients Continue and Step Two: Add To Mixer
1 1/8 C Flour
¼ t. Baking Soda
1 t. Vanilla
½ C. Lily Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Dark Chocolate Chips
Divide dough into half. To one of the halves add ½ C finely
Grounded (with food processor) no sugar added dark chocolate chips. Mix well into dough.
Chill the two halves into refrigerator.
After chilled, roll dough half out separately on a floured
surface into a rectangular shape. Place the light colored
rectangle on top of the chocolate colored rectangle. At the
narrow end roll into a “jelly roll” shape. Wrap in plastic wrap
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. While preheating, slice the “jelly roll”
shaped dough into ¼ inch slices. Lay on cookie sheet and
bake for approx. 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
