10 Days of No Sugar Baker Christmas Cookies: No Sugar Baker’s Spritz

Ingredients:

1 C. Butter
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 C. Swerve Granular
1 Egg Yolk
1 T. Vanilla
2 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 t. Salt
1 t. Cinnamon
Little Orange Zest
Green and Red Food Coloring

Easy Directions:

In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and Swerve until light and fluffy. Add in egg yolk and vanilla. Add in flour, salt and cinnamon, Stir in orange zest and food coloring of choice.

You can roll cookies or use a cookie press. Bake on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.
