1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Swerve Granular
1 Egg
1 T. Vanilla
1 ¼ C. Flour or Almond Flour
½ t. Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
2 C. Popped Popcorn, Slightly Crushed (I used an avocado based popcorn to keep it no sugar!)
1 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips, No Sugar Added
½ C. Chopped Pecans

Easy Directions:

In mixing bowl, cream butter, Swerve, egg and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix. Drop in popcorn, chocolate chips and pecans. Place on greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
