8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 C. Cooked Bacon (I used bacon crumbles)
½ C. Mayonnaise
½ C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Shredded Cheese
In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread into a baking dish/pan. Top with extra shredded cheese and any remaining bacon. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy with celery, cauliflower, no sugar/low carb crackers or no sugar/low carb baked tortillas.
