No Sugar Baker Chocolate Poke Cake
Simple Ingredients:
1 Sugar Free Chocolate Cake Mix (Ingredients needed for cake per box)
1 C. Sour Cream
1 Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 C. Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Easy Directions:
- Prepare cake per box instructions plus add in sour cream, pour batter into cake pan. Bake at temperature per box.
- While cake is cooling, mix together pudding mix with heavy whipping cream.
- Using the top of a wooden spoon, indent holes on top of baked cake by poking/pushing down.
- Spread pudding cream on top of cake and top additionally with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Top with sugar free whipped cream if you prefer!
