Crust Ingredients:
4 T. Melted Butter
½ C. Swerve Brown
½ C. Almond Flour
Bar Ingredients:
8 Slices of Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
½ C. Butter
3 Eggs, Beaten
½ C. Swerve Brown
½ C. Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
1 T. Vanilla
1 C. Chopped Pecans
Easy Directions:
1. Spray an 8×8 baking pan. In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients and pat into pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. In saucepan, bring to a rolling boil, butter, Swerve, and syrup. Let boil for 2 minutes. Add in vanilla.
3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs and pour in saucepan mixture. Fold in bacon and pecans.
4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let refrigerate overnight.
