Warm, buttery little bites tossed in cinnamon “sugar”—without sugar! Easy, delicious, and perfect when you’re craving a donut-shop treat at home.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp no-sugar granulated sweetener (I use Swerve)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon “Sugar” Coating
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup no-sugar granulated sweetener (I use Swerve)
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon
Easy Directions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the flour, no-sugar sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Step 2: Add the egg, melted butter and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 3: Roll the dough into small, approximately 1-inch balls.
Step 4: Place the donut holes in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for approximately 5–7 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden. Air fryers vary, so check them early.
Step 5: While they’re still warm, brush or gently roll the donut holes in melted butter.
Step 6: Combine the no-sugar sweetener and cinnamon in a zip-top or paper bag. Add the warm donut holes.
Step 7: SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE! 🍩❤️
Serve warm and enjoy!
