Cheesecake Center Ingredients:
4 Oz. Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
½ C. Swerve Confectioners
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
2 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 C. Butter
1 C. Swerve Brown
1 Large Egg +1 Egg Yolk
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
1. In a small bowl, combine the cheesecake center ingredients and place in refrigerator while you make the cookie dough.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and Swerve, and egg/egg yolk. Add in vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Take out your cheesecake center bowl from the refrigerator. Roll into very small balls. Wrap each cheesecake ball with cookie dough.
5. Place on cookie baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
