Cake Ingredients:
1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 C. Swerve Granular
2 Eggs
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Melted Butter
3 C. King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
1/2 t. Salt
5 t. Baking Powder
Topping Ingredients:
½ C. Butter Melted
1 C. Swerve Brown
2 T. Cinnamon
1 T. King Arthur Keto Wheat Four
Glaze Ingredients:
1 ½ C. Swerve Confectioners
½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T. Vanilla
Easy Directions:
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond milk, eggs, Swerve Granular, vanilla and butter. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. The dough will be stiff. Spread into pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients and pour over batter.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and set.
- Mix together all glaze ingredients and spread onto cake.
- Enjoy!
