Cake Ingredients:

1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 C. Swerve Granular

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

½ C. Melted Butter

3 C. King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour

1/2 t. Salt

5 t. Baking Powder

Topping Ingredients:

½ C. Butter Melted

1 C. Swerve Brown

2 T. Cinnamon

1 T. King Arthur Keto Wheat Four

Glaze Ingredients:

1 ½ C. Swerve Confectioners

½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 T. Vanilla

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond milk, eggs, Swerve Granular, vanilla and butter. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. The dough will be stiff. Spread into pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients and pour over batter.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool and set.
  6. Mix together all glaze ingredients and spread onto cake.
  7. Enjoy!
