Cake Ingredients:
1 Sugar Free Vanilla Cake Mix
1 C. Water
3 Eggs
½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter
1 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
¼ C. Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
½ C. Butter
Frosting Ingredients:
½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 T. Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
¼ C. Swerve Confectioners
Handful of Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups
Easy Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, butter and eggs. After well mixed, place 1 C. of batter in a separate bowl, and to that mixture add peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips to other batter.
- Spray a mini crock pot and pour about ½ of the non-chocolate batter into the crockpot.
- Pour or spoon the chocolate batter onto of the cake batter.
- Pour remaining cake batter on top.
- Put on high and let “cook/bake” for 3-3.5 hours.
- Let cool.
- Mix all frosting ingredients (but peanut butter cups) until light and fluffy. Frost cake and top with peanut butter cups! This is a gem!
