Cake Ingredients:

1 Sugar Free Vanilla Cake Mix

1 C. Water

3 Eggs

½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter

1 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

¼ C. Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

½ C. Butter

Frosting Ingredients:

½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter

1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

2 T. Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

¼ C. Swerve Confectioners

Handful of Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups

Easy Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, butter and eggs. After well mixed, place 1 C. of batter in a separate bowl, and to that mixture add peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Mix well.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips to other batter.
  3. Spray a mini crock pot and pour about ½ of the non-chocolate batter into the crockpot.
  4. Pour or spoon the chocolate batter onto of the cake batter.
  5. Pour remaining cake batter on top.
  6. Put on high and let “cook/bake” for 3-3.5 hours.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Mix all frosting ingredients (but peanut butter cups) until light and fluffy. Frost cake and top with peanut butter cups! This is a gem!
