Make No Sugar Baker’s Pie Crust Recipe or Buy a Pie Crust (Watch the Labels)
3/4 C. Swerve Brown
1 C. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
½ C. Melted Butter
2 t. Vanilla
½ t. Salt
1 t. Cinnamon
¼ C. Sugar Free Caramel Coffee Syrup (Optional)
1 C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added)
2 ½ Shelled Pecans
Spread pecans and chocolate chips evenly over unbaked pie crust. Set aside. In mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Swerve, syrup, butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Add in additional caramel syrup if desired. Pour mixture on top of pecans/chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool.
