1 lb. Mild Sausage (Cooked and Crumbled)
½ C. Butter
1 C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Chopped Celery
2 t. Minced Garlic
3 C. Stale Bread Crumbs (Sugar Free)
2 C. Mushrooms
2 ½ C. Chicken Broth
2 Eggs
1 T. Minced Sage Leaves
¼ C. Parsley

Easy Directions:

Spray a 8×10 baking dish. In a sauce pan, combine the butter, sausage, mushrooms, onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Place the bread crumbs into a large bowl. Add in the sausage mixture, chicken broth, eggs, sage, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir. Spread into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes!
