½ C. Swerve Granular

3 Eggs

1/2 C. Butter

1 C. Sour Cream

1 T. Vanilla

2 ½ C. Almond Flour or All-Purpose Flour

1 t. Baking Soda

½ t. Salt

Dash of Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Topping Ingredients:

4 T. Butter, Melted

1 T. Cinnamon

¼ C. Swerve Granular

Easy Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and Swerve until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each one. Add in vanilla. Add in sour cream and mix until combined. Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Pour slowly into batter and mix. Add in the dash of cinnamon or nutmeg. Line a muffin tin with cupcake paper liners and spray each one lightly.

Fill each muffin tin to ¾ full and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool.

Take each muffin and dip them into the melted butter and then swirl the muffin into the topping Swerve/cinnamon mixture.
