No Sugar Baker’s Easy Peasy Cheese Taco Shells!
1 C. Shredded Mexican Cheese
All your favorite taco toppings
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour cheese into a flat round circle (similar to a size of your desired tortilla). Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Using paper towel, lightly tap cheese to remove excess grease. Place two glasses with a straw or spoon between them. Flip the cheese over the straw or spoon to form taco shell! Let set for at least 30 minutes.
Fill with your favorite taco toppings!
