Cookie Ingredients:

¾ C. Butter



½ C. Swerve Confectioners

½ C. Swerve Granular

3 Eggs

3 C. King Arthur’s High Protein Flour

1 t. Baking Powder

½ t. Salt

1 T. Vanilla

1 T. Almond Flavoring

Glaze Ingredients:

1 C. Swerve Confectioners

3 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 T. Vanilla

Sugar Free Sprinkles

Easy Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, eggs, both Swerves and vanilla. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. The dough will appear crumbly.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Make cookie dough balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together Swerve Confectioners, almond milk and vanilla.
  7. Splash and spoon onto each cookie, finish by adding sprinkles.
