No Sugar Baker’s No Bake Energy Nut Ball
1 C. All-Natural Peanut Butter (Sugar Free)
½ C. Sunflower Seeds
½ C. Pistachios
½ C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (Sugar Free)
1 t. Vanilla
¼ C. Swerve Confections
4 T. Melted Butter
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In medium six bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spoon into balls and place on baking sheet. Freeze overnight!
These are best frozen!

I got very sick and thought I was battling the common flu. That flu never let up. After weeks of feeling miserable, the Hubs dragged me to the emergency room.
