¾ C. Swerve Granular
½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. All Purpose OR Almond Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
¼ t. Salt
3 C. Fresh Strawberries Diced (and tossed in 1 T. Flour)

Glaze Ingredients:

2 T. Melted Butter
2 C. Swerve Confectioners
1-2 T. Heavy Cream
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Fresh Strawberries Diced

Easy Directions:

1. Spray a 9×5 bread/loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the Swerve, unsweetened almond milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until just combined.
3. Fold in the fresh strawberries.
4. Pour into bread pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes!
6. Let cool completely.
7. For the glaze, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
8. Pour onto cooled bread and cut yourself a tasty slice!
