Ingredients:
2 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
1 Stick Butter
¾ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter (Sugar Free—Fresh Deli Made)
½ C. Swerve Granular
1 C. Swerve Brown
2 Large Eggs PLUS 1 Egg Yolk
2 t. Vanilla
2 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
Easy Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add in both Swerves, eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. In a separate small bowl, combine the flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture to the large mixing bowl and combine. Finish by adding in the chocolate chips. Roll into cookie dough size balls and bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.
