3 Large Cooked, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Chopped and Shredded)
3 Cups Chicken Broth
2 T. Minced Garlic
1 Can of Chopped Green Chiles
1 Can of Diced Jalapenos
1 C. Diced Green Peppers
½ C. Chopped Onion
4 T. Butter
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 t. Cumin
1 t. Oregano
1 t. Cayenne

Easy Directions:

In large soup kettle pan, melt butter. Add in all spices, onion, peppers and green chiles. Sauté. Add in chicken broth and cooked chicken, bring to a rolling boil. In small microwave boil, melt cream cheese and when finished add in whipping cream. Stir until well combined. Add cream cheese mixture to soup and mix thoroughly. Serve with your favorite toppings—cheese, sour cream, avocado and much more!
