½ C. Swerve Granular
½ C. Butter OR Oil
1 Egg
3 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
2 C. Fresh Strawberries

Glaze Topping Ingredients:

1 C. Swerve Confectioners
2 T. Lemon Juice
2-3 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk

Easy Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together Swerve, butter or oil, egg, lemon juice and vanilla. Add in flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Fold in strawberries.
3. Drop small spoonful of dough onto baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
5. Whip together all glaze ingredients and lightly top each cookie.
