No Sugar Baker’s Sugar Cookies
½ C. Butter
½ C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Vanilla
1 t. Almond Extract
1 ¾ C. Almond or All-Purpose Flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
In a mixing bowl, beat butter, Swerve, egg and vanilla. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. Combine well. Roll into 4-to-5-inch log and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and then slice dough into cookie shape. Bake at 320 for 10 minutes. You certainly can frost these gems with a No Sugar Baker frosting recipe.

I got very sick and thought I was battling the common flu. That flu never let up. After weeks of feeling miserable, the Hubs dragged me to the emergency room.
