Ingredients:

1 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour



1 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 ½ t. Baking Soda

1 t. Salt

1 C. Butter (Melted)

1 C. Swerve Brown

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

1 t. Almond Extract

2 C. Lily’s No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips

1 C. Macadamia Nuts, Chopped

Easy Directions:

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and Swerve, and egg/egg yolk. Add in vanilla. Mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
  2. Add in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  3. Roll into cookie dough balls.
  4. Place on cookie baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
