1 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 ½ t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 C. Butter (Melted)
1 C. Swerve Brown
1 T. Vanilla
1 t. Almond Extract
2 C. Lily’s No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
1 C. Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
- In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and Swerve, and egg/egg yolk. Add in vanilla. Mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
- Add in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Roll into cookie dough balls.
- Place on cookie baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
