No Sugar Baker’s Thanksgiving Dinner with Ease Who Has Hot Buns?!
2 T. Butter
3 T. Swerve Granular
1 C. Hot Water
2 T. Dry Active Yeast
1 t. Salt
2 ¼ C. All Purpose Flour
In a large bowl, mix the butter, Swerve and hot water. Mix in the yeast until dissolved. Add in the egg, salt and flour. Mix well. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size. Grease 8 muffin cups. Divide the dough into the muffin tins and allow to rise again until double in size. (When rising, cover the dough with a towel). Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
