Summer Kickoff BBQ with the No Sugar Baker No Sugar Baker’s Sweet and Summer Salad
2 C. Cucumbers, Sliced
½ C. Halved Black Olives
½ C. Red Onion, Diced
3 T. Avocado Oil
1 T. Rice Vinegar (optional)
2 t. Swerve Granular
2 T. Fresh Dill, Chopped
1 T. Fresh Oregano, Chopped
1. In small bowl, combine avocado oil, rice vinegar, and Swerve. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine cucumbers, black olives and red onion.
3. Toss in salad dressing. Fold carefully in the dill and oregano. Stir until well blended!
4. Let chill in refrigerator overnight!
5. Yum! Enjoy!!

I got very sick and thought I was battling the common flu. That flu never let up. After weeks of feeling miserable, the Hubs dragged me to the emergency room.
