Ingredients:

1 ½ Lbs Ground Beef
4 Slices Bacon
½ C. Diced Onion
1 T. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 T. Onion Powder
6 Eggs
¼ C. Mustard
½ C. Mayonnaise
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Easy Directions:

Cook the bacon and ground beef in large skillet, until no longer pink. Add in onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook for an additional five minutes, drain pan drippings and discard. Then, place mixture into greased pie pan. Spread 1 C. cheddar cheese and all mozzarella cheese on top of meat. In mixing bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and whipping cream. When combined, pour on top of cheese. Next, top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
