Ingredients:

½ C. Butter



¾ C. Swerve Granular

¾ C. Swerve Brown

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

1 ½ C. King Arthur’s Protein Flour

1 T. Baking Powder

1 T. Baking Soda

1 T. Cinnamon

1 t. Salt

1 C. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

1 C. Oats

1 C. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 C. Chopped Pecans

Easy Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, Swerves, eggs and vanilla.
  2. After well mixed, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto well sprayed cookie baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
