The No Sugar Baker’s Fake Mac and Cheese!
4 C. Chopped Fresh Cauliflower
1 ½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 C. Shredded Cheese of Your Choice
4 Slices Cooked Bacon, Diced
1 C. Pork Rinds Crumbs
In large saucepan, bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add in cauliflower and boil for 7 minutes. Drain and set aside. In same sauce pan, pour cream, cream cheese and any additional spices you choose. After all is melted and combined, add 1 ½ C. of the shredded cheese and cauliflower. Pour into pan, top with bacon, remaining cheese and pork rinds. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
