1 lb. Italian Sausage, browned and drained

½ C. Chopped Onion

½ C. Diced Green and Red Peppers

½ C. Mushrooms

1 Package of Pepperoni

1 ½ C. Rau Pasta Sauce (No Sugar/Low Carb)

1 C. Cooked Cauliflower Rice

1 ½ C. Mozzarella Cheese

Easy Directions:

  1. In a skillet, pour sausage, onion, cauliflower rice and peppers.
  2. Next layer with sauce, next layer with pepperoni and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Repeat.
  3. Cover skillet and heat on high until cheese is fully melted.
