1 lb. Italian Sausage, browned and drained
½ C. Chopped Onion
½ C. Diced Green and Red Peppers
½ C. Mushrooms
1 Package of Pepperoni
1 ½ C. Rau Pasta Sauce (No Sugar/Low Carb)
1 C. Cooked Cauliflower Rice
1 ½ C. Mozzarella Cheese
- In a skillet, pour sausage, onion, cauliflower rice and peppers.
- Next layer with sauce, next layer with pepperoni and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Repeat.
- Cover skillet and heat on high until cheese is fully melted.
