Ingredients for Crust:
1 ½ C. Almond Flour
¼ C. Swerve Granular
½ C. Melted Butter
Ingredients for Dessert:
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 ½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Packages Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mixes
1 T. Swerve Confections
1 T. Vanilla
Easy Directions:
- In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients and press into 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes and set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese, ½ C. heavy whipping cream, almond milk, and pudding mixes. Make sure to whip until light and fluffy. Pour onto crust. Refrigerate overnight.
- In small mixing bowl, whip remaining whip cream, Swerve and vanilla and top dessert!
