2 C. Crushed Almonds OR 2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ C. Melted Butter
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
½ C. Pumpkin Puree
¼ C. Melted Butter
½ C. Swerve Brown
2 Eggs
1 T. Vanilla
½ t. Salt
1 T. Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips
1 ½ C. Unsweetened Flaked Coconut

Easy Directions:

Spray a 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray. In small bowl, combine crushed almonds or graham cracker crumbs with melted ½ C. butter. Press into pan and set aside. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in pumpkin, additional ¼ C. butter, Swerve brown, eggs, vanilla, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle on chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle coconut onto bars and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool. I placed my bars in refrigerator over night and the taste was superb!
