1 1/4 C. Swerve Brown

1 Egg

1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/3 C. Vegetable Oil or Butter

1 t. Salt

1 T. Vanilla

2 C. King Arthur High Protein Flour OR All-Purpose Flour

2 ½ T. Baking Powder

Easy Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the Swerve, the egg, almond milk, oil and vanilla. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just blended.
  2. Bake at 350 in loaf pan for 45 minutes! Let cool.
