Deck the Halls with No Sugar Baker’s Chocolate Almond Butter Bread
4 Large Eggs
1 C. All Natural Almond Butter (I used Deli made!)
1 t. Baking Powder
3 T. Unsweetened Cocoa
4 T. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added)
4 T. Swerve Granular
2 t. Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
In large bowl, whisk the eggs and baking powder. Next add in the almond butter, cocoa, Swerve and vanilla mixing until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into a well sprayed 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!

I got very sick and thought I was battling the common flu. That flu never let up. After weeks of feeling miserable, the Hubs dragged me to the emergency room. I’m embarrassed to tell you my blood pressure was sky high, something like 285/175 and my glucose levels were topping 600 (with 300 in my blood and another 300 spilled over into my urine count). They told me I was inches away from having a stroke, two detached retinas and if I didn’t change my way of life…….well, I had about 4 years to live...
Does this not have any flour in it
it’s correct–no flour!
I made this and was very pleased with the outcome! No flour! Wow! Not sweet and great to pair with ice cream. Next time I will add a glaze made with Swerve confectioner’s sugar and put sugar-free sprinkles on it.
Can you substitute any nut butter for the almond butter?
I only tried with almond butter!
