1 C. Butter
2 ¾ C. Swerve Granular, Divided
4 Eggs
1 T. Vanilla
3 C. All-Purpose or Almond Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
2 C. Sour Cream
2 T. Cinnamon
1 C. Chopped Pecans

Easy Directions:

In a large bowl, cream butter and 2 C. of Swerve until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each one. Add in vanilla. Add in sour cream and mix until combined. Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Pour slowly into batter and mix. In a small bowl, combine remaining Swerve, cinnamon and pecans. Place a third of batter into a sprayed 10-in Bundt pan. Sprinkle a third of Swerve/cinnamon/pecans mixture on top of batter. Repeat layering process two more times (three in total). Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
