Ingredients:
1 C. Diced, pitted and peeled Avocado
2 Eggs
½ C. Swerve Brown
½ C. Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
3 T. Butter
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Unsweetened Dark Cocoa
½ C. Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Grated
½ C. Almond Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
¼ t. Salt
1 C. No Sugar Added Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (Divided)
Easy Directions:
Spray 8×8 baking dish. In mixing bowl, mix avocado, eggs, Swerve and syrup. Add in butter and vanilla. Mix in cocoa and dark chocolate. Gently add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add in ¾ C. chocolate chips and pour into baking dish. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
