Crust Ingredients:

½ C. Chilled Butter, Cut Into Pieces
¾ C. Swerve Granular
1 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 t. Cinnamon

Filling Ingredients:

1 Egg
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream Or Sour Cream
½ C. Swerve Granular
2 T. Lemon Juice
4 t. Cornstarch
1 T. Vanilla
1 t. Cinnamon
3 C. Fresh Blueberries

Easy Directions:

Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper. I also sprayed the parchment paper. In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients. Reserve ¾ C of the finished crust dough and set aside. Pat remaining crust down into the prepared pan. In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients besides the blueberries! When mixed, add in half of the blueberries. Pour onto crust. Pour remaining blueberries. Take the reserved crust dough and sprinkle it on top of the blueberries. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes! Enjoy!
