½ C. Butter
1 Egg
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
3 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
1 C. Swerve Granular
4 C. Fresh Blueberries
8 Ounces Cream Cheese

Easy Directions:

In 8×10 baking dish, place butter. Put into oven at 350 and melt butter. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients but blueberries and cream cheese. After butter is melted, spread butter throughout pan. Pour batter onto butter. Pat blueberries onto batter. Then, place cut chunks of cream cheese throughout blueberries—making sure that every angle has cream cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm! Watch out—this is yummy!!
