Ingredients:

 



2 C. Chopped Pecans

14 T. Chilled Butter

2/3 C. Swerve Granular

2 C. Swerve Brown

4 Eggs

2 T. Vanilla

4 C. All Purpose Flour or Almond Flour

1 t. Baking Soda

Salt

Pecan Halves

Easy Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, cream Swerves, eggs, butter, vanilla and chopped pecans. Add in baking soda and salt. Mix well. Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper, drop cookie dough by small balls onto baking sheet. Top each cookie with a pecan half. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
